We are a group of women who work in the construction trades.

We share experiences, knowledge and mentor new apprentices.

Our mission is to promote solidarity, increase awareness, facilitate growth and empowerment by providing an avenue for addressing issues, and by developing innovative strategies to reach specific goals.

If you live in the Toronto area and would like to attend one of our meetings, we meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm. Location - the IBEW Local 353 at 1377 Lawrence Ave. East (west of Victoria Park Ave).

Our website is currently under construction. Over the next few months we will be working to complete our restructuring process and provide a seemless snap-shot of who we are, where we've come from, where we are heading, how we're getting there, and how we hope to help our community.
